The bulk of my work is carried out in the homes of Shrewsbury and surrounding villages for families and individuals. I initially assess and troubleshoot problems before agreeing a soloution with my customer.
Many of my services can be completed on-site, but for those that can’t, I also have a fully-equipped workshop.
I pride myself on high levels of customer service, integrity and professionalism. The safety of your data is my number one priority. A device can always be replaced but your photos and videos are irreplaceable.
And I avoid jargon, nobody likes jargon.
I was burning myself with my first solder iron from the age of eight and have been working with information technology ever since.
I initially worked in the fine wine trade but was helping friends and family with computer issues throughout.
In 2003 I setup the then “Shropshire PC Support”. I’ve been dealing with printers that won’t talk to computers ever since. I don’t cover all of Shropshire these days so rebranded as Anthony IT Support to reflect the friendly and personal nature of my work.
