FAQs

I charge £50 per hour for on-site work. There is a one hour minimum charge but if I resolve your initial issue quickly I will spend the remaining time servicing and streamlining your device.

I am sensible about pricing and will not charge for subsequent hours unless I work considerably into them.

I also have set prices for work carried out in my workshop. These vary but always include collection, delivery and setup upon return to site. Please enquire

I don’t levy a call out charge for properties in and around Shrewsbury. There may be a small charge for visiting neighbouring towns. I would always advise you of this when making the appointment.

All new parts supplied and fitted by are covered by a minium 12-month guarantee. I cannot offer any guarantee for software repairs as operating systems become the responsibility of the user when my work is complete. I always demonstrate everything working correctly to your satisfaction before signing off on a job.

I can help with the setup of mobile devices such as phones or tablets but I do not open them to replace damaged screens or ports.
